Currently, I am trying to learn Japanese.

It is seriously so hard. But the more and more I learn, the more and more I understand. But then the frustration sets in.

When will I get to use my Japanese?

At work, I am not allowed to speak in Japanese to my kids.

So here is my next thought on languages….

I am hoping to one day live somewhere in Africa. I know that French is spoken in Africa. So, I am thinking about re-learning French.

But come April, I will be living in the United States. SO, I have been thinking about re-learning Spanish because that would be a nice language to have and it could be somewhat useful.

But now here I am… stuck at which language I should learn and become fluent in.

Japanese? French? Spanish?

I guess since you’re not going to stay there in Japan for several years after going back to the US, and since you want to go to Africa again, maybe French is the better option, so you can use it there.

Maybe you can learn Spanish later, but since you’re not coming to CR, you don’t have to worry =P
